The partnership officially went live on March 14th, 2024, with a team consisting of 3 full-time equivalents (FTE) and 1 support staff member. A Significant Step Towards Enhanced Security in handling payment cards data
We’re happy to share that iSON Xperiences has achieved the latest version 4.0 of PCI DSS certification. This certification reinforces our commitment to data security and compliance and opens up new avenues for growth.
PCI DSS certification is a pivotal step for organizations handling card transactions, enhancing security and compliance. Our certification on version 4.0 adds extra layers of control, showcasing our dedication to data security. This achievement not only boosts trust, credibility but also helps to mitigate the risk of data breaches, financial losses and reputational damage associated with payment card frauds.
The current certification applies to CSS Johannesburg, with flexibility to expand to other regions based on future requirements.
Achieving PCI DSS certification involved a comprehensive overhaul of our payment card data security framework, meeting the 12 requirements and 2 appendixes. Key tasks included auditing the card data processing environment, implementing recommended controls, and undergoing rigorous VAPT. This accomplishment is a testament to our dedication to data security and compliance.
Looking ahead, this certification positions iSON Xperiences as a trusted industry leader, ready to seize new opportunities.

We are happy to share the success of a recent inspirational visit by Arunima NGO, a dedicated organization for adults with Autism. This visit was part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aiming to foster greater collaboration with Arunima NGO and explore opportunities for providing employment to specially-abled individuals.
The visit took place on February 22nd at our iSON Xperiences Dehradun site. Twelve specially-abled candidates, accompanied by the Arunima NGO team, graced us with their presence. The primary objectives of this initiative were to strengthen our CSR drive, collaborate on offering job opportunities, and support the NGO by purchasing merchandise crafted by their talented family members. This initiative aligns with our commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
During the visit, our team engaged in a comprehensive site tour, providing the guests with insights into our operations. A short induction session familiarized them with the ethos of iSON Xperiences. The most heartwarming moment of the day was when guests and our team shared lunch, fostering a sense of camaraderie and inclusivity.

Our Noida team’s collective efforts shone as iSON Xperiences emerged victorious in the Partner Recognition Contest, organised by SBIC. This contest aimed to celebrate the outstanding contributions of partners, focusing on last week’s performance in collection metrics.
In this specific category that recognises Last Week Performance on Collection Metrics, our Collection Team proudly secured the top spot. Our success during the contest period, from 26th to 31st August, is attributed to the focused performance of each team member. The award ceremony, held on 11th January 2024, marked a moment of pride for us all when we walked away with the Marathon Week Aug’23 Award.
The key highlights included achieving a collection of ₹1.11 Cr against a target of ₹1.15 Cr, securing the top rank and showcasing the competence of our Recovery team members.
